US: Smart Buildings Lead

The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge and passion for Smart, Connected, and Healthy Buildings – including hands on experience in scoping, implementing, and integrating the BMS, HVAC, EPMS, and other connected systems. We envisage a successful candidate to be able to perform and lead the assessment, certification, commissioning, and integration projects within the Smart Buildings vertical of the business, this includes working closely with the BIM experts on creating the Digital Twins to unlock new opportunities for operational efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction, across customer building portfolio.

US: Customer Success Lead

The customer success team leader will plan, direct, and coordinate the organisation’s US-based customer support using HubSpot Service Hub and Office365 as main tools. The Lead will liaise closely with Fexillon business development, project management, and R&D teams, to ensure effective and efficient customer support practices. The candidate will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective procedures and strategies. Additionally, the successful candidate will facilitate the order fulfilment processes by providing assistance to on-site engineers in commissioning the IoT device installations.

US: Building Information Management Lead

As a key component of the US management team, the Building Information Lead will report to the CEO, as well as contributing to the strategic planning and decision making of the business. The Building Information Management Lead will work closely with leading owner/operators to ensure that the set up and delivery of their building information, standards, processes and workflows are in place. He or she will coordinate the project from pre-design stage to the handover, operations and facility management stages for the buildings and assets. As this is a new position within the Company, there will be an onus on the Building Information Management Lead to develop the role and manage change.

US: BIM Lead

As a key component of the senior management team, the US BIM Lead will report to the Directors, as well as contributing to the strategic planning and decision making of the business. The US BIM Lead will be primarily responsible, for implementing BIM and digital construction procedures for the whole asset lifecycle. As BIM Lead, you are the interface between designers, clients, contractors, and the supply chain.
