1.  Integrated Facilities Solutions Limited, trading as Fexillon ("us", "we" or "our"), a private limited company registered in Ireland (Registered Number: 297059) with its registered office at The Masonry Building, 151 Thomas Street, The Liberties, Dublin 8, D08 PY5E, uses "cookies" to help us remember details of your visits to https://www.fexillon.com/ ("Site") including, but not limited to, technical information about your visit e.g. traffic data, location data, browser language, your IP address, the previous website from which you reached us, and the type of browser you use, domain, number and time of visits.

2. A cookie is a small data file placed on your device (e.g. your phone or computer) when you visit the Site. Cookies allow us to recognise your browser, remember basic details of your visit, and understand how visitors use the Site so we can maintain and improve it. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising, and cookies are not shared with or set by advertising networks.

3. Types of Cookies Used on the Site

3.1 We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the Site. The Site is built on HubSpot, our website and marketing platform, and cookies are set through HubSpot purely to support our own website analytics. The one exception is Google reCAPTCHA, a spam-prevention feature built into HubSpot's forms tool which we have enabled on our forms; this sets a cookie from Google solely for that security purpose and is not used for advertising or tracking your activity elsewhere.

3.2 When you first visit the Site, you'll see a cookie banner giving you the choice to accept, decline, or close it without choosing. If you accept, a small number of cookies are set to record basic activity such as the pages you visit and any resources you download. If you decline or close the banner, these cookies are not set and no such activity is recorded against your browser.

3.3 Cookies you've accepted remain on your device until you delete them yourself, or until they expire automatically. Under our current HubSpot account configuration, cookies expire automatically after a maximum of 6 months.

3.4 We only connect cookie or website activity data to your personal information where you've separately and voluntarily given that information to us — for example, by subscribing to our newsletter, submitting a form and agreeing to be contacted, or because you're an existing Fexillon client. We do not attempt to identify anonymous visitors from cookie data alone.

4. How to Manage and Disable Cookies

4.1 You can decline or close the cookie banner at any time you visit the Site, and you can change your browser's settings to block or delete cookies generally. If you block all or some cookies (including cookies that are strictly necessary), some parts of the Site may not work as intended.
