Children's Health Ireland
The Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) new children’s hospital is the most significant capital investment project in the healthcare system undertaken in Ireland. It will bring together the services currently provided at three children’s hospitals into a modern, custom-designed, digital, hospital at St James’s campus.
CHI Facilities Management (CHI FM) have appointed Fexillon as the Digital Construction Handover management specialist to provide their expertise and manage the hospitals critical building handover information throughout all stages of its lifecycle.
Fexillon industry expertise provide CHI FM with a building handover information management strategy which is aligned with industry’s best practice. The Fexillon Digital Project Delivery team comprises of BIM Specialists, COBie certified professional, Facilities Management and operational readiness experts, Data specialists and sustainability experts to enable CHI FM to engage with Design and Construction teams on the project.
