Fexillon customers can now take advantage of the productive and trusted Azure cloud platform, with streamlined deployment and management.
Fexillon is an Ireland-based leading provider of digital asset management solutions for infrastructure and real estate. Its industry experts work with blue-chip firms in the public and private sectors to provide owner operators with the delivery and management of buildings and infrastructure data, ensuring clients receive the right information at the right time and driving better outcomes for their built assets.
The Fexillon platform gives clients a complete overview of all build information with day one engagement between the projects and operations team, creating a golden thread of information and approved digital building record at handover, ensuring soft landings for facilities management and a pathway to Fexillon Twin for smarter building and more sustainability focused asset management.
Fexillon Twin is a complete digital twin solution that combines rich and complex data from a wide variety of sources, enabling buildings to adapt to the needs and requirements of the occupants and the owner, whilst reducing operational costs and carbon footprint on the path to Net Zero. The solution is a comprehensive toolkit enabling owners to target and measure the performance of environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals.
Fexillon Twin provides a RESET - accredited platform, IoT sensors, and edge devices to enable live and consistent building commissioning validation to this groundbreaking internationally recognised healthy buildings standard. Owners and their operations teams see a real-time reflection of operational requirements. They can track past and current building performance whilst monitoring the health of the asset's environment for occupants and users and predict the future maintenance needs.
Fexillon, from its base in Dublin, has ambitions to expand globally having continued its growth in Europe and the US. It has plans to formally launch in the US later this year as well as to recruit 100 new staff over the next three years across its bases in Europe and the US.
