Savills Ireland has expanded its collaboration with Fexillon, working together on two new residential developments that will deliver much-needed housing to the Dublin market.

Fexillon provides Savills with a digital construction handover and information management platform, supporting the coordination of project data, documentation, and approvals throughout the handover and operational phases. The platform enables project teams to collaborate effectively through real-time dashboards, streamlined workflows, and a centralised, controlled information environment.

Following handover, Savills Block Operations, Property Management and Facilities Management teams have ongoing access to accurate, up-to-date digital handover information. This supports operational efficiency, helps maintain high standards of residential quality, and promotes building safety for residents.
