The platform enabled over 150 project users to collaborate efficiently through real-time dashboards, automated workflows and centralised document control.

Fexillon’s solution transformed The Ironworks handover from a traditional manual process into a fully digital, transparent and auditable environment, improving efficiency and data accuracy. The Platform served as the central hub, ensuring information was validated and accessible in real time throughout delivery and handover. In addition, Fexillon drafted a comprehensive Building User Guide to support coordination and documentation for The Ironworks project.
